- We use Canvas by Instructure (teaching and learning software) to run our courses.
- We do not send out course invitations, so please make sure you add the course to your own calendar.
- Course communication is sent by email from notifcations@instructure.com. Please make sure you add this to your email safe list, or ask your IT team for support.
- A small number of learners occasionally find that Zoom LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) in Canvas defaults to the incorrect time zone. You can manually update your time zone setting to GMT/GMT+1 (as appropriate for the time of year the course takes place) if this affects you.
- If you can no longer make a course, please let us know as early as possible by email to education@hssib.org.uk.
