- We do not send out course invitations, so please make sure you add the course to your own calendar when you register.
Canvas
- We use Canvas by Instructure (teaching and learning software) to run our courses.
- Course communication is sent by email from notifcations@instructure.com. Please make sure you add this to your email safe list, or ask your IT team for support.
- Familiarise yourself with your Canvas course page. There is lots of information about course content and delivery, including surveys that you need to complete for certification.
- If you cannot find your course emails, you can access your course through the Canvas website.

- Conference links are sent on the morning of the course date. Please check your junk email for the link if you have not received it. Alternatively this can be found on your course homepage.
