Our CPD accredited education programme is aimed at staff in healthcare settings who are involved in safety investigations. We offer our flagship patient safety course, plus a range of short courses, to commercial clients.
Our flagship course - A systems approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incidents - is aimed at those who lead investigations and other learning responses and those in Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) oversight roles.
This is a self-paced, online course with bitesize modules. On average it takes 20 hours to complete. The course is CPD and Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) accredited. Learners are awarded 20 CPD points on completion.
We launch new cohorts throughout the year and can accommodate large numbers of leaners. This course is free of charge for all in healthcare, including those outside of the NHS. We can also offer this course commercially for individual organisations who would prefer a dedicated cohort for their staff.
Our range of short courses are delivered to small groups of staff in the same setting. Subject to availability we may be able to deliver them in person at a location of your choice.
