Freya Durrant
Safety Investigator
Freya is a patient safety specialist and speech and language therapist, with a background in leadership and investigation. She joined the team in 2024.
Prior to joining us, Freya was Head of Patient Safety at a large NHS acute trust where she led on the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework and projects in restorative just culture.
Freya is working towards an MSc in Human Factors and Ergonomics with the University of Loughborough and registered membership with the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. She is a trained after action review facilitator and Institute for Healthcare Improvement coach.
