Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request:
1) A list of all meetings between the consultancy firm Global Counsel and directors or senior civil servants within the authority in the time period 1 January 2022–present.
For each meeting, please also provide:
- list of attendees
- full meeting minutes
- any related correspondences, written, by email or orally delivered (if recorded).
2) All written correspondence between Global Counsel and directors or senior civil servants within the authority in the time period 1 January 2022–present. This includes letters and email.
Decision
HSSIB does not hold any information in relation to this request as HSSIB have not had any meetings with the consultancy firm Global Counsel.
Please note that part of the timeframe for the request (1 January 2022 to 30 September 2023) was a time when HSSIB was not in existence. HSSIB can only provide data from 1 October 2023 onwards as HSSIB is an independent arm's length body that came into existence on the 1st of October 2023.
The former body Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB) was in place during 1 January 2022 and 30 September 2023 and was hosted by NHS England. Therefore, data for this timeframe will be held by NHS England.
