Freya Durrant

Freya is a patient safety specialist and speech and language therapist, with a background in leadership. She joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining us, Freya was Head of Patient Safety at a large NHS acute trust where she led on the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework and projects in restorative just culture.

Freya has an MSc in Human Factors and Ergonomics with the University of Loughborough and is working toward registered membership with the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. Her professional interests include recommendation design and how to achieve meaningful change after a systems investigation.
