Sarah Deeley

Sarah is a human resources (HR) and training professional with broad experience across the public and private sectors, including over ten years in the NHS. She joined the Health Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB) in April 2025, bringing a strong background in HR operations, consultancy and training delivery.

Her previous roles have included working in HR and organisational development functions within healthcare and consultancy environments, with responsibilities covering recruitment, change management, safeguarding, employee wellbeing and employment legislation. She has also contributed to service delivery in voluntary roles supporting patients and families, and has an ongoing commitment to compassionate, values led work.

Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) and brings a collaborative and practical approach to supporting people and workforce strategies.
